Please read the following policy carefully to understand how we manage shipping and returns for these specialized, high-value items. All shipments originate from our facility in Netherlands.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
For in-stock parts and accessories, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
For outboard motors, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, as each engine requires careful inspection, preparation, and secure crating before shipment.
Domestic Shipping
We utilize secure and trusted local carriers to ensure safe delivery to all cities.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping (Worldwide)
We proudly offer international shipping for our full range of Yamaha products.
Shipping Method: Due to the size and weight of outboard motors, international orders are shipped via trusted air or sea freight partners. Smaller parts and accessories will be shipped via international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx).
Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the destination, size, and weight of the order. To receive a shipping quote, please contact us directly with your desired items and full delivery address.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: IMPORTANT: The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other brokerage fees levied by the destination country. ESK YAMAHA OUTBOARDS has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window:
You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for Return:
Items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition.
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, including all crating, manuals, and accessories.
Outboard motors that have been installed, have had fuel or oil put in them, or have been run are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us First: You must contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original box and crating to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item: Ship the item back to the address provided with your RMA.
Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any necessary insurance and freight charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Due to the special handling and logistics involved, all returned outboard motors are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (less any applicable restocking and shipping fees) will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
Any outboard motor that has been installed or used.
Special order items.
Hazardous materials, including oils and lubricants.
Electrical parts and components.
Items marked as “Final Sale”.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit or is incorrect:
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt with the carrier before signing.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
